If your paper loads from the back and it is pulling but screwing up or pulling to one side, you may have something stuck inside the printer. The problem with this sort of issue is that when you try and print you are essentially pulling the object further inside the printer so it is more difficult to see or remove, you will most likely need assistance from us with this so feel free to give us a call.
