Any repair will include cleaning inside and out of the machine, plus vacuuming out all of the dust and toner. It will also include cleaning of internal rollers, pickup rollers and other small wearable parts such as separation pads.
Consumables, Maintenance Kits, Fusers and all other spare parts are additional expenses, but some small spares are sometimes held by the engineer at the time of the visit. There are no “return to fit” charges for local customers.
All work carried out is guaranteed for a 90 day period.
