Epson Workforce – 0x97 Error/0x98 Error/0x9A Error
This appears to be a fatal error, and so far I have not been able to find a fix for one of these ever. Your best bet is probably to contact Epson themselves, but you would be paying for a premium cost repair. Whether this is actually worth it or not will depend a lot on how much the printer cost in the first place, how much they are to replace an maybe how much ink you have left for it. Generally with Epson you pay an all in price and everything is covered, the repair cost will vary from model to model though so it is best to speak to them first to confirm.
